Grape: 100% Kangun
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested and selected in the vineyards in the cool of the morning. Once harvested, they are transferred to the winery as soon as possible. The de-stemmer gently removes the stalks from the grapes. The press gently squeezes the juice from the grapes, leaving behind the skin, pulp and seeds. The fresh must is separated from the grape solids to improve the clarity prior to fermentation. The juice is then fermented with added yeasts at 16-18°C. Afterwards, the wine was aged 7 months in Caucasian oak barrels.

Aroma: Fresh and lively with a delicate application of oak to add richness and texture. Aromas of white flowers, melon, and apricot are met with soft vanilla notes.

Vinification: Hand harvested grapes, selection in the vineyards and winery before processing. Juice is separated with method Saignée. Sedimentation at low temperatures, after which fermentation took place at 16-18°C for 6 days.

Aroma: A stunningly pale, floral-perfumed wine that offers absolutely everything you could desire in a dry rosé wine.
Taste: Refreshing acidity and fresh fruit notes of cherry, strawberry and raspberry that are supported with a near-weightless mouthfeel of wild berries.

Vinification: Hand harvested grapes, selection in the vineyards and winery before processing. Fermentation was done at 22-25°C for 5 days, after which maceration took place for 8 days. Afterwards, the wine was kept in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

Taste: This medium-bodied wine with light and velvety tannins, insensibly shows revelation of various red fruit flavours along with vivacious acidity.

Aroma: Expect delicate aromas of cherry, blackberry, cranberry, vanilla, spices with plush.
Taste: Smooth tannins followed by creamy and a lengthy finish. This medium-bodied Areni dances on the palate and falls gently on the finish. Enjoy with salty red meats and creamy cheeses.
